Register a new account. Click download drivers then enter Webcam then select webcam in use.

It’s odd because I downloaded a webcam viewer thing and the light went on the LPI when I selected it and it stayed on. XP mode is the only way to fix this until the manufacturers are allowed or pull their thumb out and write some new drivers.
